The 16th Global Standards Collaboration meeting (GSC-16), that included the Global Telecommunications Standards Collaboration (GTSC-9) and Global Radio Standards Collaboration (GRSC-9) meetings, was hosted by the Information and Communications Technology Standards Advisory Council of Canada (ISACC). This meeting focused on "ICT Accessbility for All".
Senior representatives of the world's leading radio, information and communications technologies standards organizations met 31 October through November 3, 2011, in Halifax, Canada, in a continuing show of support for the world-wide communications standards development processes and a renewed commitment towards improving communication collaboration between their respective organizations.
